Ventures of JurisTatva
JurisTatva Advisors runs ten specialised regulatory portals, each dedicated to a single compliance need under the Companies Act, FEMA, IBC or SEBI framework. DataProtectionAct2023.com is the newest — built the same way as every venture below: one problem, solved end to end.
ROC Shifting
Transferring a company's registered office from one state to another requires Regional Director approval and amendment of the Memorandum of Association. We handle the full sequence — special resolutions and shareholder notices, Form INC-23 filing, and post-approval ROC record updates.
Register AIF
An AIF is a privately pooled investment vehicle regulated by SEBI under the AIF Regulations, 2012, across Category I, II and III. We guide fund managers and sponsors through eligibility assessment, fund structuring, placement memorandum drafting, and the SEBI application itself.
Corporate DD
Before a merger, acquisition or investment, our due-diligence reports review a target's legal, secretarial and regulatory standing — ROC filing history, director track record, share capital structure, litigation exposure, and compliance status under the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI and RBI regulations.
Voluntary Liquidation
A formal route under Section 59 of the IBC, 2016 for solvent companies choosing to wind up in an orderly way — declaration of solvency, liquidator appointment, creditor notices, asset realisation and final dissolution. We manage the full lifecycle to closure.
Section 8 Company
For NGOs, charitable trusts and foundations incorporating under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 — MOA/AOA drafting, licence application, ROC filing, and the ongoing annual returns and statutory obligations that follow.
Speedy Merger
Section 233 opens a fast-track merger route for small companies and holding-subsidiary pairs, bypassing NCLT. We run eligibility assessment, board and shareholder resolutions, notices to the registrar and official liquidator, and the closing ROC filings.
Settle Offence
Compounding lets companies settle defaults with the ROC, NCLT or RBI without prosecution. We identify compoundable offences, prepare the applications, and liaise with the Regional Director and adjudicating authorities for a timely resolution.
Strike Off Solutions
The Fast Track Exit scheme under Section 248 closes dormant or inactive companies. We handle board and shareholder resolutions, the STK-2 application, indemnity bonds and affidavits, through to ROC acknowledgement.
Adjudication
A formal proceeding before the ROC or Regional Director determines penalties for non-compliance. We assess the default, draft the reply and submissions, and represent companies and officers before the adjudicating authority.
Social Stock Exchange
A dedicated exchange segment connecting social enterprises with mindful capital. We support not-for-profits and for-profit social enterprises with registration, ZCZP instrument listing, and ongoing impact-reporting compliance.
